At Beginners First Academy, we refer to our customers as our members. Mutual respect begins with letting you know that you are a member of our wonderful team here at the Academy, not just a customer!

We can provide you with more information when we receive your email if you include your name, home address, email address, name and ages of your children and the days of the week which care is needed.
With the information you provide us regarding your personal needs, we
will contact you with more individualized and detailed information. The
emphasis of our site is on parent/family communication. The BFA team strive for superior communication because it leads to a open, honest
